DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. International 'Economy' Delivery ranges between 10-14 days. Import duties & taxes are collected and paid upon checkout. All sales are final for international orders.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
We ship most of our orders with Canada Post and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box at checkout your order will be held until we can verify a physical shipping address for you.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We provide an estimated delivery date for your order during the shipping selection in the checkout process. This estimated date is not guaranteed. Standard: 2-5 business days.
WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
All of our orders are shipped from our distribution center in Calgary, Canada.
WHICH DAYS DO YOU DELIVER PACKAGES ON?
Most of our orders are delivered by Canada Post, and they deliver packages Monday−Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Reference the estimated delivery date in checkout. Note: Shipments are only picked up Monday−Friday.
RETURNS
Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels intact. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. To receive a return label you will need to follow the steps outlined above. For use of this label, we'll deduct $14.00 from the credit you'll be receiving to cover return shipping costs. If the return is our fault, we'll cover this charge.
If items are returned after our 30-day return policy, we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A refund will not be credited to your account.
Customized items or Discounted (final sale) items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a customized item or discounted item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) ("ERRONEOUS RETURN"). If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return ("Return Fee") back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.
DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address indicated in your Order Confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your order by the estimated delivery date stated in your Order Confirmation, or if no date is stated, within 14 days after the date of the Order Confirmation (except in the case of pre-orders). Delivery within these timeframes is not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by any circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, acts or war or terror, errors or omissions by third parties, errors or omissions by you, or the decreased availability of transportation services.
If you would like to cancel an order, return a product, or initiate a warranty claim, you will be subject to our return policy, warranty policy and applicable laws. More information about our return policy, warranty policy and shipping practices can be found on our Customer Service page on the STUPD SMRT sites. These policies and practices are expressly incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. Nothing in these Terms of Use affects your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
